Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Use of the Service

Bid-to-Build helps construction teams track procurement status, review email-driven updates, and manage project closeout workflows. Users are responsible for verifying suggestions before applying them to project records.

AI-Assisted Suggestions

AI Review items are assistance tools, not final determinations. Users must approve, reject, or manually adjust suggested updates. Bid-to-Build should not be treated as estimating, accounting, scheduling, legal, or engineering advice.

User Responsibilities

Users must connect only email accounts and project data they are authorized to access. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate project information, protecting login credentials, and reviewing suggested updates before approval.

Availability

The service may depend on third-party providers including email platforms, database hosting, and AI services. Interruptions, provider limits, blocked links, unavailable attachments, or parsing errors may require manual review.

Account and Data Changes

Bid-to-Build may update features, security controls, and workflows over time. Users can disconnect email providers from Settings and should contact support for account or data requests.
