What We Collect

Bid-to-Build stores project records, package status information, notes, activity history, and email connection details needed to sync procurement-related messages. When a user connects Outlook 365 or Gmail, the app may read inbox messages, message metadata, attachments, and linked documents to identify project updates for review.

How We Use Data

Data is used to match emails to projects, suggest procurement status updates, create AI review items, show alerts, and maintain an audit trail. Suggested updates are not applied to project records until a user approves them.

Email Access

Email access is limited to connected inboxes and is used for procurement tracking workflows. Bid-to-Build does not sell email content, and users can disconnect a provider from Settings to stop future sync for that provider.

Service Providers

Bid-to-Build uses third-party infrastructure providers such as Supabase for application data, Microsoft and Google for email authorization, and OpenAI for AI-assisted parsing. These services process data only as needed to provide the application workflow.

Data Control

Users can disconnect email providers, archive projects, and request deletion or correction of account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, legal, or backup purposes.

Contact

Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent to support@bid-to-build.com or by phone at 1-877-352-5129. Sales and support hours are 8am-8pm M-Sun MST.
